WBB: Women Beyond Borders is a growing community of women who believe in the power of connection, purpose, and leadership.
Founded by Margaret Holičová, WBB was created as a space for women who have crossed borders – geographical, cultural, or professional – and who want to make a positive impact together.
Through our podcast, local hubs, and volunteering activities, we spotlight women leaders, share inspiring stories, and build real-life connections. From community projects to thought-provoking conversations, and online networking events, WBB is a home for women who are navigating careers, borders, and identities – while supporting each other to grow.
At the heart of WBB is a simple belief: when women connect, they don’t just share stories – they spark change.
